When can I get started?
Right away! The first 30-days are typically spent doing a discovery call with the property team, developing a strategy, activation with our software and tools, and building out the responses for the community management team.
What are the terms?
All contracts are 12-month agreements as we are equally investing in you by assigning an account team to be an extension of your marketing and operations team. However, we do understand that special circumstances come up where you could no longer honor your commitment to us, so we do offer a 90-day notice of cancellation.
What about YouTube, Twitter, TikTok or other platforms?
We're big fans of YouTube and LinkedIn. In fact, we're one of the few digital agencies that have been making the recommendation to leverage YouTube Ads for hotels & resorts while more of our competitors put all their focus on Facebook & Instagram. We've also led LinkedIn social sales training for hotel sales teams. Platforms like YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc., are definitely add-ons we can offer.
Do you have custom programs?
Absolutely! We've just created the above programs from our years of experience in working with hotels & resorts and our expertise as social media marketers. Rest assured though, no program is one-size-fits-all. That's why we tried to create three different program offerings that are ideal for your property, whether you're a select-service suburban property, a luxury resort, a boutique urban escape, or a big-box convention center hotel. We can come up with a custom program for you.
Is the Enhanced Photography Photoshoot available if you're on the standard or essentials program as an add-on?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of photography and videography add-ons in our Lifestyle Content Packages. We also have a plethora of other add-ons available such as Influencer Marketing, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Selling workshops for your hotel sales team, and more.
What's the Smart Hotel Marketing training?
Smart Hotel Marketing training is our training program and resources for your hotel staff. With the way social media marketing is for 2021 and beyond, you can no longer 100% outsource this.
